- Laser source: Raycus, Max; Control system: Bychu, Weihong, Jiaqiang; Servo motor: Inovance, Schneder; Rail/rack: DTX/SMG, Jingte; Reducer: Techmech. Brands can be customized upon request.
- What's the warranty?
- Whole machine warranty: 1 year; laser source warranty: 2 years (counting from B/L date). Under warranty, non-man-made defective parts are replaced free of charge.
- How do you handle overseas after-sales service?
- Door-to-door technical support is available. Our professional engineers can handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance on-site.
- Do you have CE and ISO certificates for customs clearance?
